Orders placed directly on our website are typically fulfilled within 1 week. Once shipped, please allow 4-6 business days for delivery of our regalia and apparel, which are sent via FedEx or DHL.

Please note that while we strive to keep all items in stock, there may be times when certain products are unavailable. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly. For custom regalia items, please allow up to 2 weeks for production.

Jewelry & Other Items

Our jewelry is delivery times varying by country. Please allow 14-20 days for delivery of jewelry to the following countries:

USA, Australia, UK, Canada, France, Russia, Israel, Ukraine, Norway, Germany, Brazil, Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Turkey, and Mexico.

For all other countries, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
